Where can I find new pivot seat for sink stopper assembly?
I have a bathroom sink that is leaking. It appears to be leaking at the tailpiece extension is for the popup lever. Taking it apart, the white piece being held in this picture

is warped and cracked, and I assume that is why it is leaking. I've been to Home Depot and Lowe's looking in the faucet repair section to find this piece, but cannot find it. Where would I find this little piece of plastic (from what I've gathered in my internet searched, I believe it is called a pivot seat).

I contacted Moen, and after sending them pictures of the faucet and explaining the problem, they will be sending out a replacement part. Hopefully it works!
This is not a usual piece. Every bathroom faucet you buy comes with a pop-up piece, and the threading on it is not standard, it is either brand standard or factory standard. What I mean by factory standard is that Delta and Peerless are made in the same factory. You may as well replace the whole pop-up section, or go ahead and buy a new faucet, and it will come with the new pop-up segment of your plumbing. The reason they do this is so the finish on the faucet matches the finish on the drain. You can buy the pop-up segment by itself at The Home Depot, but the price is slightly more than half of the cost of a pretty nice new faucet. So, buy a new faucet.
